Budget Discussion: During our meeting we will discuss your budget, and I can offer recommendations for loan officers to assist you in getting pre-approved. This ensures we stay within budget and increases the likelihood of our offer being accepted.

Plan Development: Based on our meeting, I will develop a personalized plan and start sending you listings and details that match your criteria.

House Tours: Once you have selected homes you would like to tour, we will promptly schedule viewings and proceed accordingly. Additionally, I will personally tour open houses and available homes to ensure that we explore all available inventory.

Making an Offer: When you find the right home, we will move forward with making an offer. I will guide you through the negotiation process and provide full support every step of the way,

Purchase Process: When your offer is accepted, I will initiate the process of purchasing the home and guide you through each step along the way. Rest assured; your best interests is always my top priority.
