WHO AM I

Hello! I am a Real Estate Agent who covers Sacramento CA and surrounding areas.  My passion for home design goes beyond just aesthetics; it's about creating spaces that truly reflect the unique personalities and lifestyles of the individuals who will inhabit them. Whether it's staging a property to maximize its appeal to potential buyers or helping clients envision the transformation possibilities of a fixer upper, I thrive on the creative process of turning houses into homes.

While I may be a newcomer to the Real Estate field (licensed in May 2024), my perspective offers a unique blend of insights from both the buyer's and seller's standpoint. I have purchased four homes and sold three of those homes in the last decade. I know what it is like to be a first-time home buyer, purchasing a home with only my income and needing down payment assistance. I also know what it is like to build equity in your home and to sell it for top dollar, attention to detail matters. In addition to my own personal experience as a seller and buyer, I have an experienced team by my side from my broker Edward Casillas to my fellow agents who have decades of experience to lend their expertise if needed. I have been honored to represent multiple clients since obtaining my license, closing over 1.6 million real estate transactions.

I have felt the worry when a buyer fell through and understand what it is like to start the process over. I have also had to walk away from a purchase only to end up with a better property for my family.  Knowing first-hand the excitement, worry, uncertainty, and frustration that sometimes occur with a home purchase or sale will help me be the realtor you want supporting and guiding you. My approach is rooted in understanding the diverse needs and aspirations of my clients, allowing me to navigate transactions with empathy and insight.

I do work full-time in the Public Sector, luckily, I have an amazing Transaction Coordinator keeping the process on track.  Rest assured, I will be there throughout the entire process and will give you the attention and focus you deserve. There is nothing more important than ethics, honesty, responsiveness, and communication. These attributes will make me the right agent for you.
